sprint touch pro keyboard locking up soft reset

hey everyone.. I noticed with two diff roms I had..
when texting emailing.. randomly keyboard will not respond at all one on screen will work.. but hard keys dont even light up untill you reset phone..

and xt9 issue?

double type latters or space like keys sticking but they not its brand new TP ..

only noticed that with custom roms .. stock rom was just slow..

this is really annoying .. when I text email
it keeps typppping eeeeextra crap jjjjjjjjjjust lllllike thaaaaat
some times unresponsive at all.. and comes back in 30 sec or so..

Mine started doing that too. I read another post where the keyboard died entirely. I suspect its a bad device, I just haven't had time to take it to sprint. The guy at the sprint store in our local mall is a member here so I'll go talk to him before I flash stock back and relock it.

Ok.. well here we go.. MY KEYBOARD DOES NOT RESPOND AT ALL!
haven't drop it or anything just out of blue BANG lights come on but not responding .. taking to sprint..
any one got suggestions ?

yep very flippin annoying but i brought it back to sprint, they did a security reset, it worked for just long enough for me to get home then kaput...my new touch pro arrived 2 days later.

OK NOW THIS IS WEIRD>.
as I started to download OEM rom
and charged from 60% to 90 WHAT DO YOU KNOW KEYBOARD WORKS AGIAN..
still annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnying latters and crap.. but it works..
I'm going to zap dam thing.. 12 volt to it.. and take it back to sprint can't deal with this .. MY TILT never failed.. slow as fKKKKKKKKK but keyboard never even after me dropping it several times..
