How to go about exchanging for new TP ?
Hi guys i got a pretty simple question hoping someone can help me. I have had my TP for a couple of weeks. I am pretty happy with it besides for the wobbly keyboard and noisy back cover, but what i am trying to do is exchange my TP for a new one as i am getting my Invisible Shield tomorrow and would like for it to be on a shiny new phone. How do i go about doing this is taking my phone back to the sprint store with my receipt and telling them it is squeaking going to be good enough or will they just give me a new cover. I was thinking about just saying i am having software issues but they might just test it and give it back. What would y'all recommend as far as exchanging it for a new one ? I have had it for under a month. Also would i need to take it back to with the box and all acc.? Also how about online exchange can i do it that way.
