No sound in videos on pc

I have all the players, codec packs and software on my computer, and have used all 3 video encoding settings on my touch pro, but I get no sound when i put the video on my pc. Any suggestions?

VLC Player, GOM Player, Media Player Classic, SUPER.

It plays the video in each of these programs, but never any sound. I also try to open it up in media player and media player classic and it crashes.

edit: well while typing this i just changed the extensions to 3gp and they work. for future reference if anyone has this problem just do that

im alltel, and i connect phone to computer like a modem and use it for internet all the time and works perfect

I'd like to bump up this thread as I'm wondering the same thing. The format the Touch Pro uses to record on doesn't work in Windows Media Player and without sound in Nero Video Player and VLC Media Player.

thats because its .3gp which in order to play you need quick time with the plugin for it. im sure there are other windows players that will play .3gp but i use quicktime just because thats what came up in a search and it works. i play .3gp all the time on my PC this way.

what mylt1 said but also not to make fun but do you have "include sound when recording" in the video settings?
