Again, not HTCs fault, this would be Sprints problem. HTC stock rom is stable and fast. Every single windows mobile phone has to be tweaked, just like any Windows product to begin with, its the nature of the beast. We want the ability to completely customize our phone and have them do sommersaults, so we have to accept the shortcomings. What would be nice is if we could get our phone with NO OS installed, so we could completely start from scratch to begin with. If this was the case, then everyone would know about flashing ROMs. Unfortunately everyone thinks that theyre stuck with whay they get, as do a lot of people who buy laptop and desktops with preloaded crap on it. Its just a learning curve issue. Thats all.
Another thing, HTC is not a software manufacturer, they are a hardware manufacturer. So you can't really blame them for any of the software faults, just the hardware problems. It definitely was irresponsible of them to put that crappy GPS chip in there. Hope they can figure that one out for us.
