Png editing Q

In tf3d hd I am trying to change all the neon slider icons (and corresponding background icons) to red and haven't found a really good way to do that yet. Could someone tell me a good way to do that with PS and still retain image quality?

I can't help you with Manilla modification, but just so you know, PNG files use lossless compression. Editing them will not affect their quality as it would a JPEG.

I usually go in and use the hue/saturation to change color or you can use a layer overlay to add color to the white.
