Re: If Sprint offered to send you another Tp, would you take it?

I'm on my second TP, and I purchased the phone less than a month ago. The first one I had wouldn't answer calls even after repeatedly tapping the answer button, not only that my touch screen Keyboard stopped working.

I get my second phone, and a week later it's doing the same thing, but at least my touch screen is working.

Don't know if I should take it back, or if there is a solution to the problems I'm having.....

I like the phone, but I don't want to start hanging out at the Sprint Store either.

If anyone else has had this problem, and found a solution, please let me know.

Re: If Sprint offered to send you another Tp, would you take it?

I was in the 30 days, this is now my third TP, I have a build date of 1/14/09 havent messed with it so I am not sure if its any different that my last which I really didnt have any problems with, but I did not want them to charge it to my account and wait for my bill to credit it back in a few months so I did the hour drive to the store and was out in 5 minutes. Now, my bill is totally screwed up, the $300 credit balance I had disappeared and they have no clue where it went, my bill was normal so I dno whats up, off to call Escallations now, thank god I took a screenshot of the adjusments/credits page

april, you won't be charged anything as long as you return your old phone. right now on your bill should be a credit in the amount of the phone. if sprint doesn't get your old phone in 15 days, that credit becomes an amount due.

Nope, they changed it months ago I've went through this before, it used to be that way, I am assuming people were not returning them, because now when they send out the replacement they instantly charge you and you get the credit back 1-3 billing cycles after they get the phone back........Kinda gay

i agree it's a stupid thing they do but you can always argue that point. i'm going thru the same thing right now; just got a replacement friday and the phone is on the bill already. my last months' bill is missing, just the phone"credit" appears.
