a little help please

my stupid hard keyboard is acting up, sometimes it won't type anything on the screen and it doesn't respond to anything i type, other times it will type just fine, other times it only types 12 characters then it doesnt respond at all, and sometimes it will type whichever letter i hit a million times non stop. i did a hard reset but still the problem continues, is there a hack or cab file to fix this? or is the device damaged? thanx in advance

Sounds like a hardware issue. Are you using the stock ROM or something different. If stock ROM them I would contact your carrier for a phone replacement... If you are using some other ROM I would switch to a different ROM to see if that helps.

im running the stock rom, and i'll take the advice from you guys and take the phone back to verizon and see if they'll give me a replacement, thanx for the help
