I never knew you could do this on the TP. Could never do this on my Mogul because it only had voice speed dial

I set up the voice command and came to find that you have to disable all ring tones and all audible notifications in order for this feature to work.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Also do you know how it actually announces incoming calls?
