How do I change the default browser?

Sprint Touch Pro

I need to be able to filp back and forth between Opera and PIE. Just clicking on the program won't do it. I have a piece of software from my company that has to have PIE as the default. I want to use Opera away from work, plus I can go weeks without using the program, so I need to be able to change the defualt.
So how?
