LOL - might as well tell him to get an iPhone.

Just start with the essentials. Or jump over to the CDMA Upgrades, do the SPL unlock (see the stickies there) and flash a custom rom - the chefs do all the tweaking for you.

I'm into pain, so I did all the hacks myself.
