Sprint Touch Flow dup icons

Hi, I've had duplicate icons in my programs tab on the TF homescreen when I click all programs. Anyone know the registry entry to get rid of the duplicates? I know its from all the tweaks I've done. Any help appreciated

Navigate to your \Windows\StartMenu folder and delete the duplicates.

Thanks, what happened was when I installed the TP cleanup cab from goodthingstolife it kinda creates dup icons under windows\startmenu and then there are more programs under a sub folder called programs under that and that is where the dup where created. I actually already knew the answer, but just wanted to verify this. I appreciate your help.
