is your TP signal weaker than Touch / Diamond ?

I just upgraded from Touch --> Diamond --> TP and notice that the data connection specially is weaker with TP. Even the signal meter shows lesser bars on TP.

Has anyone noticed it ? COuld it be linked to the custom ROMs I ahve been installing ?

I actually have better reception on my TP than on my mogul in the office.

Yeah its totally the other way for me. My Diamond was horrible for reception, only 1 bar at home. With the TP I get 4 bars and its never going in and out of roaming. It happened with both of my Diamonds so it wasn't a defective radio-

I have had very good reception overall you might want to try upgrading your radio to the Sprint Raphael Radio V1.11.00F .
