alltel - Program Tab, Remove Stock Apps?

How do I remove the applications that came preloaded on my phone like Tones, Nav, alltell junk etc... It's all garbage and I do not want any of it. When I hit the remove button they have "X" that prohibits me from removing them from the the square in my programs tab.

Please help this is quite frustrating.

Program called tf3d config. I found it here. not sure what thread. On the program tab there is a lock tab you click on giving you the option to unlock them.

I use Diamond TF3D Config. Use it and you can get rid of all of that junk.

That's the one. I found it in a thread dealing with themes for the phone as I recall.

I got busy and didn't get back in time to edit with a link.

when i use that program my phone gives me an error and will not let me open it.

I have reinstalled it and i have re downloaded the app and reinstalled that. Nothing seems to get it to work.

I'm using Alltel HTC Touch Pro
Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional
CE OS 5.2.19972 (Build 19972.1.2.7)

Delete the "Tweaks" file in the install folder.

tenthirty2 is my hero of the day! after trying many cooked roms I went back to my stock rom due to the stable streaming video and mms messaging (alltel), but those pesky locked in programs from alltel just pissed me off! I also had tried tf3d tweak and had the same problem mentioned above, but after installing, going to the program file, showing all files and removing the "tweak" file, it ran like a dream and no more locked in programs. Thank you very much!!!

This is done after you install it on you device. I was a little confused by what you meant but I got it figured out, Thank a bunch the locks Alltel puts on this were driving me nuts!!
