People with battery issues... Ever try this thing?

I'd much rather carry around that brick than make my phone a brick.

Anyone tried it? Its 50 bucks from Sprint but judging from the size of it, it should be able to provide a lot of juice!

EDIT: Anyone that wants it can find it in Sprint's accessories page on their website. Sprint doesn't allow me to just direct link it.

Re: People with battery issues... Ever try this thing?

This is one that I had seen in Skymall a few weeks ago. Its for iPhone and Blackberry but I've read some threads where htc users are using blackberry chargers. It claims to hold more than one full charge.

http://richardsolo.com/iphone_and_ipod.html

Anyone used this or the sprint version? Anyone have $50 to test it and let us know?

Edit: $70

I like that its lithium polymer... Much less chance of it going into meltdown mode... Hmm...

I might get that. Lets see how my battery life is when I get my phone.

Either where they stock the UPSes, or the battery/cooling pad/bags/accessories for laptops.

Should be easy to find. Got mine back in the BF for $9 OTD. It's awesome, I get about 2 full charges from it when the battery is pretty much empty. Also has lights to indicate the current battery level too.

so when they say 10Wh, does this = about 6 full recharges for the touch pro? it would be perfect for a day out hiking with the GPS if it could

But the Richard Solo has an LED...

Steve: on the APC, does it charge to full or do you use it plugged in when your battery dies? Give us a little detailed feedback...

Cool concept but I seem to have a wall socket or car charger around when I need to charge. Knowing me I would just loose this like I do my chargers.

Do explain a little bit more? I'm a bit confused here of what you asking.
