Touch Flow closing Programs

I'm new to the touch pro and still getting use to the missing OK and Windows button.

I use the music player a lot and it seems that touch flow will close the program if music is not playing when I slide to something else. Can this be changed to keep the program minimized instead of closing it?

Re: Touch Flow closing Programs

tabs in TF3D are more meant to be quick access, not individual programs per se. your best bet would be to use windows media for such things.

Re: Touch Flow closing Programs

I have used a .cab to change the 'sprint music' tab to a 'music' tab. It was in one of the cleanup threads. With this mod I essentially have wmp open all the time but without the excessive memory usage. I can play a song and scroll through to other tabs and I can pause a song, visit another tab, and return to the song right where I left it.

I'm not sure if you're using it in the same way I am but here's the link to the mod I'm using: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=44583

Thanks - I did this mod when I first got the phone and the music player stayed in memory. I couldn't remember if the phone was always like that or the mod did it. Now I have a custom rom. I'm not sure if I will cause some problems by doing the mod on top of the custom rom.

Re: Touch Flow closing Programs

I've been messing with plenty of setting but haven't flashed my ROM at all so I don't know. You brought up a good point though, I'll have to check to see that the music player isn't using memory all of the time.

I would think that the mod would override the aspects of the custom ROM. May be the bomb.com or it might F your TP. It sounds to me that the issue is with the setup or your ROM. I'm far from an expert tho.
