Anyone found an ebay case that will hold the TP in hard plastic yet?

I have my Touch Pro encased in a hard plastic rubberized case from ebay. I currently just keep the phone in my pocket but I want to hold it in it's own holster when I go to work, and find that my old Mogul's leather holster is too tight and makes it a pain to pull the phone in and out.

My last resort would be to go with Seidio's leather holster but I don't want to pay the $30 for it. Are there any cases on ebay that fits the following:

-magnetic enclosure
-open button so that I can push the case up and out
-under $10 preferably

Yes! I use it everyday! 1 sec while i find a link on ebay!

EDIT: minus the open button. The case comes a bit stiff but loosens in a week.
