Battery/RAM Monitoring app w/ colored lines wanted

I know that there are a couple apps out there that will show you the TP's battery charge level as a solid line at the very top of the screen. Is there a program that will also show you the available RAM directly below the battery line, using a similar colored bar?

I saw something that almost met my desire but it showed the RAM line under the start menu, and that looks cluttered to me.
