Iam not sure, sometimes it sticks after restart ,sometimes not. It dont stay for me for more then 24 hours. Random?

Weird, seem pretty random.
I'm going to grab a copy of ceregeditor and see what changes

So the issue has replicated, and i compared my registry - the weird thing is it seems like all 5592 keys are different.
I've been playing around quite a bit so i'm not working in a clean legit environment. I'll be restoring the functional version with popup notifications and keeping an eye on when the issue occurs
