Diamond TF3D trouble

I used this program in the past to setup my tabs right and it worked. I recently used Manila customizer to restore my manila to stock rom default and now when I try to edit the tabs that I have it ALWAYS puts the seetings tab in. I notice that if i exit with out restarting (like it prompts) and then come back into the program the settings is checked again. What gives?

im just going to go back to my previous restore point and start over i guess...

you could have just used tf3d config. to restore to default.
