not sure what the program is but if it links to TF3D what you have to do is install the program with TF3D disabled. Once it installs, do a soft reset when the phone finishes start up, then re enable TF3D

yea, that's what i did but after the soft reset and activating touchflo3d again nothing changed but the short splash screen on bootup.

I have this on my Touch Pro and I know of seven others who have it on their TP and that is how we all installed it. One of them forgot to uncheck the touchflo before installing but he soft resetted and activated the Touchflo again and it worked He didnt have to reinstall the software.
