Post A few questions from a n00b...please help...

Hi:
This is my first time owing and using a Smartphone. I have absolutely no clue when it gets technical..so please be kind ! I am having a few questions with my HTC Touch Pro.
1.) The speaker volume is pathetic (atleast in my case), I can barely listen what the other end is saying...Is it the same with everyone else? Is there a tweak to increae the volume (tried with the up and down button on the side but did not help much)...

2.) Some of the Videos in the Sprint TV NEVER work...always end up geting "Lost Connection" ERROR....

I really like this equipment as a PDS, but when it comes to phone it sucks (mainly due to my Q1).

Before I return this or start Hating this, I just wanted to know from you experienced folks if I am the only one with these issues.

Please let me know.

Thank you!!!

Thanks Shaun...when I try to paste the Audiopara3.csv file to the Windows Directory I get Permission denied message...the csv file on the cellphone is a Read-Only one...what should I do? Also, how do I install the .cab file? I double clicked on the file and some bandagoo thingy opens and I see no files inside....please let me know.
