Welcome aboard. I received mine on Friday. The best first install I did was Diamond Tweak. As well as the notification popup. As well as the basics from my Mogul - Mortplayer, Weather Panel, a registry edit, flashlight, Sirius5

Well I pay my bills on time average 240 a month. AS posted earlier all calls and store $504 is best. This stinks. Several others in store were unhappy with repairs.

Yeah, some get good repairs, some dont. Its all up to your store. I know earlier some people who got replacements shipped in got refab moguls and some got touch pro's. If the replacements are coming from the insurance agency sprint uses, they are all touch pro's now. If sprint has its own "refab mogul" stock somewhere they may still send them out for in store replacements. Not sure how it works with the in store stuff. What insurance plan/option do you have?
