Thats weird. Sling player actually works better on my TP than my mogul. There was a release of 1.6 that wouldnt even work on my TP but then a second release and its just fine. Sometimes I find the software to be kind of picky, but ultimately I love it. im beta testing the slingcatcher and it is a great device that works along with the slingbox or your pc. im hoping at some point they make some mobile slingcatcher software.

I haven't used it in quite awhile, but I was under the impression that the newest version did support VGA and even WVGA. Could be wrong though.

Thanks for the info to all of you. Yeah... I've been holding out, but when they offered an upgrade for free... I jumped. Figured I'd have a few days to mess with it, before sending my Mogul back. It will be a sad day to see my friend go, but this new friend seems appealing.

the mogul feels and looks like a piece of crap compared to the TP. I guess whenever you upgrade, the old feels ancient

I came over from teh Mogul.. I loved the Mogul. This phone is far superior except for one issue.. My battery life is no where near where it was with the Mogul. I am going to have to get a second or a larger one.
