Re: copying files through active sync
Use active sync to xfer the files to the TP.....then use Total Commander which you can D/L "freeware", and just copy/paste where you xfer the files on the TP to the windows dir.
Just make sure you disable TF before xfering the files to windows dir then restart after the xfer has taken place. That is pretty much it. Here is a link to TC: http://www.ghisler.com/pocketpc.htm

Re: copying files through active sync
Jump,
-Disable TF3D -Connect your device and establish an activesync connection -In XP just select browse in the popup window, in Vista, select your device and click browse -Find the directory you saved your files to on your PC and select them using cntl + click -cntl + C to copy them to your clip board -navigate to the windows directory through your activesync connection -Cntl + V to paste them there. -Re-enable TF3D You don't HAVE to use total commander at all. This was just the preference of whoever put together the instructions as this would be my preferred way of doing this. |
