1bbfdc9b_manila is your alarm/calendar/callhistory icons and backmost portion of flip frames

The other files in the cab are
4820c63b_manila = down arrow for flip
6aec5f68_manila = up arrow for flip
74ddfccb_manila = dot for lines
7e640092_manila = xml file for other language

Ifyou want just to remove the lines here is the dots zipped up...which are responsible for the lines. Just unzip into windows folder with total commander.
