I did receive most of the stuff from the box, just missing the holster and the mem card. I called them and voiced my concerns and they assured me it was new, and would see about the missing items. I know I could see if my mogul was a referb. How can you tell on the Pro?

Also if they give you different model they usually give you box with all accessories.
