Sprint - Phone didn't ring and NO VM Notification.

I've seen many threads about the phone not ringing but has anyone else had that problem as well as no voicemail notification? That just happened to me, was actively texting a friend and she called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and I never received any notification. This is a huge deal for me because I use this for work. Any phone can miss calls but after 2-3 years with a 6700 and 6800 on Sprint I never didn't receive a timely voicemail notification.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ever have the same problem? This message here says to do this about the phone missing calls. :

The problem is this:

On the stock rom, the registry setting for a crucial phone function is incorrect. If you navigate to HKLM\Comm\ConnMgr\Planner\Settings, you will see the value name SuspendResume entry is MULTI_SZ, which is wrong (value data is #777).

Delete this entry, create a new REG_SZ value with a value name of SuspendResume and a value data of #777. Soft reset, and there is no need to disable the stock dialer anymore, and rings come through as they should.

Has anyone tried that? Could that fix the problem with not receiving a timely voicemail notification as well? Thanks.
