Re: kinoma freeplay and orb

I would think that they would block access to orb all together, the browser interface still works. BTW, mine doesn't even work over WiFi. I'm guessing that Orb made some back end changes that broke Kinoma!?

Can someone try on another carrier to see what the results are? Another thing for people that it's working for on WiFi, are you at home on the same network or on another network?

Re: kinoma freeplay and orb

ok if it's still working thru the browser, then maybe it is a Kinoma problem, and not a sprint problem...

I was on the same wifi network as my orb pc when I tested...

Re: kinoma freeplay and orb

I was also on the same network when I was able to make it work on wifi (home network). I would tend to believe the issue is with Kinoma as I can use PIE to access ORB and it works fine. Why would sprint want to block access to a great service? I mean come on.....really

Now it started to work for me again. I guess kinoma fixed whatever was wrong.

Re: kinoma freeplay and orb

i, too, can confirm that it is connecting and seems to be functioning as before in that all of my content is there. . . .not sure what's going on for you Kash76, but that now seems like more of an orb setup issue (did you renistall orb during this mess? did you point to your file locations again?). i hope you get it squared away. . .
