S2U2 + Dialer Screen

Hi, has anyone noticed using S2U2. If you call someone using the handsfree voice command with S2U2 and finish the call, next time you unlock the phone, the dial screen is open instead of the TF3D home screen. Is there a way to prevent the dial screen to be open?
