Not receiving calls or texts

So I just recently switched from a mogul to the touch pro.On my mogul i was having problems receiving calls and texts at random times throughout the day.Location and different carriers were not a factor it happend all the time! For example; i would be texting someone at around 8 pm and then all the sudden incoming texts would just stop.About 1030pm i would receive a text that was timestamped 8:13...this type of thing would happen with calls also.I would get phantom voicemails with no missed calls or people would call and say it just rang and rang then went to voicemail, yet it never rang once on my end...I thought it was the mogul, but now its doing the same thing on my touch pro.When i call sprint or take it to a retail store they just tell me to take the battery out, wait a minute, then put it back in and its fine but it never works!Any suggestions because this is getting very frustrating...
