Re: sprint touch pro - calls going directly to voicemail

I just checked this reg entry in mine & it was already set to #777 (leaked vz ROM) & I can tell you that absolutely DOES NOT correct the delayed ring problem. Although the stock WM dialer does not look as cool or have as many features as the HTC, it rings quite noticeably faster (I have A/B'ed the two dialer skins at least 10 times testing this out). I love the HTC dialer, but it was driving me nuts watching it light up & blink for 2-3 rings & never make a sound while sitting in a cradle on my desk at work. I use a custom skin to make the WM dialer look a little better; ~John |

There was a link posted in one of the other subjects on this site (I think it was in the S2A posts for Juggalo?). I followed a couple of the links, which linked to other links, etc etc. I changed my registry entry (very suspect at first) but was blown away that it fixed the problem. Here is the single thread: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...4&postcount=35 ----search in the diamond forum for "delay answer" Here is the workaround: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...5&postcount=88 So the credit goes to shaggylive.
