SO i found an answer...I switched to the slide2answer black and it ends up changing the whole dialer so in turn it has the number while connected and doesn't just have unknown caller

In a pinch you can open up the notes and it will auto create a note (while your on a call) with the number in it. Least it used to on the titan.

Yes, that is an issue. The original poster is asking is there a way for the number that was dialed or phone call received to remain visible on the screen while on the call. I thought the same thing the other day when I looked at the phone while on a call to see what number the person was calling me from as well at times numbers I have dialed I began to wonder while it was ringing if I dialed it correctly but couldn't tell until I hung up or the wrong person answered.
