Are you using the cab file for it to work? I found that the cabs that I downloaded wouldn't let me connect. Then I realized some of the registry edits where different. I uninstalled the cab and made the registry changes manually (thay were posted in one of the threads in here and it works perfectly now). Search for the threads they should be around.
