And if you want glossy bars to complement TF3D then download the attached and run the exe on the device. You will have glossy black bars. I have also included below an allblack.tsk Almost everything is all black. I have the highlighted as gray in menu's because you could not see the txt. =P

The cabs are only for TF3D, they do not change the start menu or programs. You have to do the reg edits in the first post to change that part. Ive changed mine to red throughout, and ill post a screenshot in a few. Found this site if you are trying to go for any other color. Just ignore the # in the HEX and add 00 to the end of the value. http://www.2createawebsite.com/build/hex-colors.html

UI tweaker does help in a pinch! Sometimes though it really can jack your tsk though. =)

Only if your carless and not paying attention to what your changing. This has helped me change every color i wanted with the exception to TF3D. There are other cabs out there for that.

Which selection in UI Tweaker changes that start menu highlight button exactly..I don't want to mess anything up.

check post #2. each reg edit is explained and they do change the highlight color.

Actually, no those edits don't fix the start menu highlight button I'm talking about. I messed with th UI Tweaker app today, but I can't figure which one is the highlight bar for the start menu. It certainly isn't called that, I know that for sure because I went through every option and tab.
