Ya getting a refurbished unit would really suck. Especially since I bought this when it first came out and paid 299 + a 2 yr extension.

I looked through that thread and now I'm thinking about doing the online Advanced Exchange. Would it matter if my phone is unlocked? Obviously I'll switch back to the Sprint ROM but I don't want to send them my phone and then get hit with a penalty..
