Question: Photo/Video Tab memorization on TF3D?

While flicking through pictures on the Photo and Video tab on the TF3D, I noticed it doesn't memorize your stopping point. Say I have 70 photos there, and I'm on photo #45, and I went to another tab. When I return, it's back to #1.

Anyone know if it is possible to stay at the photo that was left off?

Also, the maximum # on the right up and down button is 1/99, which is max of 99 pictures. Anyway to increase that number?
