Darn....I said I barely can work this site.
I clicked the thanks button and I'm saying thanks here just in case it doesn't attach with my message.

But I'm not really concerned about the battery life just yet.

Will me doing what was provided above fix/reduce the locking up issue?????

Oh no, dont be offended.... I didint mean it as a "command'

You dont know me yet, I say it to everyone, no matter what. Just trying to break people in the right way!

Very sorry if I came off as an *** but that was not my intent ;c)

Doing a hard reset will breing you back to factory defaults. This would eliminate any possibility of something you installed doing the locking up.

Hard reset usually the last thing that you try. If yo dont have a bunch of data / apps then I would recomend it.

No, I was referring to the keyboard backlight is only lit for approx 7 seconds but was told by a customer service rep from sprint that it should be on for 30.

Oh. Ok. I missed that part. My bad....

Not sure on this one. My backlight is good. Im on VZW.

But I haven't installed anything....not smart enough to know how...lol
All I have are my contacts, 3 pictures and my email.

I'm starting to think I have no issue here....other than that keyboard..which I can't fix anyway.

Hopefully that freeze up will be a one time thing...especially since my 30 days end tomorrow.

I wish I knew how to get some of those buttons off that scroll key that I will never use....but I'm such a scary cat...wouldn't know how to do it.

How long does your backlight stay on? Everyone well mostly sprint users state 7 seconds....mine is 7 seconds approx.

What ever I set it to in the CP. But I do note that when I go into a call it shuts off really quick. Never had a chance to look into that. I think it is snesor related becasue on speaker phone it doesnt.

Does that make sense?

No no, your backlight for your hardware keyboard....not the LCD screen backlight!
