Doing a hard reset will breing you back to factory defaults. This would eliminate any possibility of something you installed doing the locking up.
Hard reset usually the last thing that you try. If yo dont have a bunch of data / apps then I would recomend it. |

But I haven't installed anything....not smart enough to know how...lol
All I have are my contacts, 3 pictures and my email.
I'm starting to think I have no issue here....other than that keyboard..which I can't fix anyway.
Hopefully that freeze up will be a one time thing...especially since my 30 days end tomorrow.

I wish I knew how to get some of those buttons off that scroll key that I will never use....but I'm such a scary cat...wouldn't know how to do it.
