How do I change the right soft key to..

Right now the left softkey is Phone, which brings up the dialer. That's fine.

The right softkey is Programs which only brings up the screen with 9 squares and the programs in them. How do I change it so that it opens up the same screen as clicking on Start>Programs?

OR

How would I change it to SMS and have it bring up my texts?

Dude, did you check on the Touch Pro Essential thread in the stickies? In there they have a howto change the softkeys.

i checked out that essentials thread and only found an option to change the softkeys on the home tab.

I'm also looking to change the softkeys on the programs tab.

That's exactly what you specified you wanted to do the "programs" softkey in the hometab.

The "All Programs" and "Remove" in the programs tab? Well I dunno if you can do that. I think there is a program for that, maybe someone else can point you in the right direction.

EDIT: Also, I think diamond tweak allows you to change softkeys as well...

the diamond tweak is the easiset way to change this.
