Toggle between web and phone or other programs

1-is there a way to toggle between the internet and the phone durring a call?
2-is there an "ok" button to push instead of the 'x' out on the touch screen?(no adjustment in 'buttons' setting)
3-why can't i change any button settings? it only gives 1 choice...
