I sent the battery back with the phone. In the return kit they sent me a new battery plus a universal charger. So i have a brand new TP with everything that came in the box, everything that came in the first TP box except the phone and battery plus sprint sent me an additional battery and charger. Ill say i made out pretty well. Thanks for all the assistance guys .

the sprint store that i go to is giving an extra battery to anyone with a touch pro i found out today.they say that short battery life is a known issue and that there will be a patch soon.so i'll just enjoy my 2 batteries!we'll see if a patch comes out(we all know sprint..).

Where are you located? I find it very hard to believe that sprint will just give you a free battery.
