PocketCM Cab for 0.28 & SSMAPA.exe Help

I went to the PocketCM website:
http://www.pocketcm.com/contact.dev.php
and when clicking on the cab file, it is giving me some sort of error that says the Cab file is corrupt. Does anyone have a working CAB for 0.28?

EDIT: Another question- How can I get my SSMAPA.exe to work with Pocket CM? It doesn't seem to be changing, not matter what I TRY!

PocketCM Contact is currently free for personal use only. You are not allowed to redistribute the binary in any form (zip, sharing site, upload on forums, ROM, ...).

Just download the zip file posted next to the cab file. That works fine. Also, you might want to try using .27 instead of .28

what about the ssmapa issue?
