VS Benchmark

I think we might need some more parameters if it makes a diffrence, like whats running in the background, etc.. As it stands right now my stock Alltel ROM is taking the cake. I just hard-reset earlier today so I have not loaded everything yet, so its probably just past clean. As I load stuff up, I will try and run a benchmark after each item I feel might have an impact.

Config: Clean / Normal

Here is some other info that might make a diffrence but im not sure yet. The phone is plugged in and synced with computer, activesync is running in the background. I got the same result whether I let the backlight dim or if I kept it at full brightness by touching the screen during testing.

Glyph cache is HIGHLY modified, and huge. Rom is tweaked as usual.

i don't know why you all score so low. i always get at the very least 2600 every time. my best was just under 2800

It looks like people with aftermarket roms get less than stock roms? I wonder if pagepool is affecting this.

OK I tried this today with advanced config and all performance tweaks at max (fatfs, replcachesize, glyphcache). i got a 2395.

I backed glyphecache back to 8192 because that lags my device, turned sound off, hooked up activesync because i'm at work, and ran 2616. I think activesync is giving false readings or something. I'm going to disconnect it and run it without activesync.

i really think gdi/glyphecache affected this. can anyone else confirm?
