Verizon Video Out Capability?

As the title indicates, I have a Verizon TP but I can't seem to figure out if VZW in their infinite wisdom disabled the video out capability on their phones. I don't seem to have a video-out icon as the TP manual indicates.

Can anyone confirm whether VZW disabled this capability on their version of the TP.

I tried searching but could not find anything. I'm new to this site though so perhaps I'm not using the correct search criteria. If I missed a thread please point me in the right direction.
