I do this after every flash, and it always fixes it.

I personally change glyph cache to to 32 kb, and file system cache size to 8 mb. allows more history of you tube videos and such

Tried this and doesnt fix the problem. Still have the same issue.

I just tried this cab right now and seems to be working. I actually found this cab at another forum. Installed it and soft reset my phone.

I will try this one and report back in a bit.
