No lie, i got a touch pro today as a replacement for my mogul.

I had dropped the mogul off 2 weeks ago because the keyboard was messed up. they said it woudl be done in an hour. i went home and activated another mogul from my friend - i was intending to sell the mogul i brought in when i got a refurb, was disappointed that they were going to 'fix' the keyboard.

get a voicemail 3 days later 'phone is still on backorder'

last thursday 'phone is in come pick it up'..

i was in no rush cuz i was already set up on a new phone.

i went in today to get the phone, they had given it to someone else for some reason. anwyays, they had no phone to me and i told them that i was using a borrowed phone and that it was ridiculous. next thing i know ive got an unopneed touch pro box in front of me.

insane.

thats what i get for being really freindly (and lucky i guess)

bestby has been selling them for months. they have not changed their prices. same with several stores around here.

Ok... Just got my 2 new Pro's. Fist thing I noticed. Again.. one pro has a white cold backlight and the other is yellowish.Damn....

Well// here it is. One nice white screen and one ugly yellow. Both have a build date of DEC. 25. BTW.... my white screen new one still overheats and I still have a sliver crack in the chrome. And that was the reason I had it replaced in the 30 day warranty. HAHAHA! I will just settle with it. We will never get a perfect phone from HTC. At least this new one is nice and ashiny and the back batery cover is silver again. My old one turned gold.
