Sprint Picture mail error when opening existing or writing new

I received a picture mail, but the phone gave a windows error when I tried opening it. Ever since that, I cannot view any of the picture messages on the phone, nor write a message. It asks to send the error to Microsoft. I've done that every time, and nothing back so far about what the problem could be. I've tried deleting the possibly offending message, but it will not let me. I tried fixing by installing the picture mail update, but that did not help. A few soft resets here and there, still not fixed.

Anybody else had this problem? If so, what fixes it?
Can I kill all messages in the account?
Can I delete the account and remake it?
Can I uninstall picture mail and then reinstall it?

I've read through various posts about errors sending, and some mention uninstalling it, but there shouldn't be anything installed that would fix it since the problem started before the update.

Any tips?
