My keyboard suddenly stopped working..

I was using AIM and the keyboard just dies on me.. I did soft reset.. already did a hard reset.. and still nothing..

If you hard reset the device and the keyboard still not working that means is not a software problem if not a hardware problem, can you take it back where you got ir from, do you have insurance?
