Sprint Touch Pro. Stock ROM beep at startup.

I have a Touch Pro. and am using the stock ROM. Whenever I do a soft reset, I hear a high pitched beep when it gets to the part of startup that shows the Sprint logo / splash screen. This beep sounds just like the beeps the original Sprint / HTC Touch made when changing its volume.

Anyone else's Touch Pro. do this?

mine did until i dled a custom rom now i just get the HTC tune with animation no sprint stuff at all
