If you want to change Touch Flo 3D settings you might want to install Diamond TF3D Config.

yeah abut thats my point. in the diamond tweak program u can change your touch flo 3d "graphic fluidity" from normal to high, so does this do all that adv, config. does or not?

It is the files (dlls and such) as well as the required registry changes that are needed to allow you to run applications or services developed using the latest version of the .net programming environment (typically Microsoft Visual Studio).
So when someone says you need it to run something, than that something was developed using those specific support files. These files are common across all (or most) applications developed in .net, and so are typically not distributed as part of the application itself...but as a framework. This way, you install the framework once, and from then on, any apps you install that uses the framework only needs the files specific to that app to be installed. |
